The edges, glass surface, and overall structure of a mirror all need to be considered when preparing an order for transportation. Chengtai uses a layered packaging approach to create protection around these key areas before the mirror is secured for shipment.
Foam is used around the perimeter of the mirror to cushion the edges, while a transparent protective bag helps separate the mirror surface from the surrounding packaging materials. Foam boards provide a firm protective layer around the product, with rigid paper strips used to reinforce both sides of the package.
The result is a structured packaging setup built specifically around the form of the mirror, with cushioning, separation, and side reinforcement working together before shipment.
